Role Overview
Bevarabia is seeking an experienced Coffee Machine Technician for its technical service team in Dubai.
The full-time role covers installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and servicing of commercial coffee equipment.
The position requires hands-on electrical, mechanical, electronic, and diagnostic skills with a professional customer-service approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, test, and calibrate commercial and automatic coffee machines.
- Service and repair professional coffee grinders and related beverage equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and control-system faults.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot equipment components.
- Calibrate brewing, water, dosing, grinding, and extraction parameters.
- Carry out breakdown repairs, inspect equipment, and recommend repairs or replacements.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records, spare-parts usage, and equipment history.
- Attend cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and other customer sites.
- Advise customers on operation, cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding technical issues, parts, warranties, and support.
