In this role, you'll develop comprehensive implementation plans, establish project timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully deliver customer programs and key strategic initiatives.

How you'll make an impact In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every detail is accounted for and every client interaction is meaningful.

You'll use your organizational skills and eye for detail to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Whether you're picking up the phone to solve a problem or ensuring a project is completed on time, you'll take pride in delivering excellence every step of the way.

You'll also: Implement COE program for clients.

Develops plans and organizes cross functional teams to implement customer programs providing core deliverables.

Provide support to the field including identifying immediate needs and engaging applicable teams, as necessary.

May provide training to field to ensure smooth transition for clients.

About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Employee Benefits experience.

Preferred: Must obtain Life & Health License within the first 90 days of employment, if not already licensed.
