Experience in a hospital or health information environment (highly desirable).
Understanding of health information systems (e.g. Webpas, deLacy – desirable).
Monitor and manage outstanding clinical coding workloads and hospital separations.
Liaise with Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs), Practice Managers, and external providers to resolve clinical documentation queries.
Generate and analyse reporting systems (e.g. Webpas) to track and prioritise discharge coding.
Support the coding team by coordinating outstanding documentation.
Assist with internal and external coding audits, including system access and documentation retrieval.
