Minimum 5 years of professional fee coding experience in multiple specialties.

Experience coding both clinic and hospital-based services.

Ability to work independently and accurately in a remote environment.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to move between specialties and assignments based on business needs.

Experience with Cerner EMR .

Experience with Optum Encoder Pro .

Experience with Cerner RevCycle billing module.

Experience supporting large multi-specialty physician groups or health systems.
