Responsibilities
- Perform inspection of surface preparation, coating application, and painting activities
- Verify compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, and quality standards
- Conduct and document inspections including visual inspection, DFT measurement, surface profile measurement, environmental monitoring, adhesion testing, and holiday testing
- Review coating materials, batch numbers, storage conditions, and application procedures
- Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and non conformance reports as required
- Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and client representatives during inspections
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements during coating activities
Requirements
- Experience in coating inspection and quality control in Oil & Gas industry
- Knowledge of surface preparation, coating application, and inspection techniques
- Ability to prepare inspection reports and non conformance reports

- Verify compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct and document inspections including visual inspection, DFT measurement, surface profile measurement, environmental monitoring, adhesion testing, and holiday testing.

Key Responsibilities Quality Coating Supervisor
- Supervise coating and painting activities at site.
- Ensure workforce compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and work procedures.
- Monitor productivity, workmanship, and quality of coating operations.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, construction, and client teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of equipment, materials, and manpower.
- Review inspection reports and ensure timely closure of punch points and NCRs.
- Support project management in achieving quality and schedule targets.
- Promote safe work practices and adherence to HSE standards.
