About Us
Nexgen Sports Academy is expanding into multiple sports and we re seeking a passionate and skilled
Badminton Coach
to develop and inspire young athletes.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing academy and make a meaningful impact through sport.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured badminton training sessions for children and youth aged
- 4 to 16 years
- , as well as recreational adults.
- Develop players technical, tactical, and physical abilities in line with modern badminton coaching standards.
- Prepare training plans and track player progress through regular assessments.
- Support academy programs, events, and tournaments.
- Foster discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship in all sessions.
- Build strong relationships with players and parents by maintaining open, professional communication.
- Contribute to new initiatives such as after-school/in-school programs and badminton camps.
- Be flexible to support academy administration and operations
- in addition to coaching responsibilities.
Requirements
- Valid badminton coaching certification (
- BWF / Badminton Association of India / equivalent recognized authority
- ).
- Minimum
- 1 2 years
- of experience coaching children or youth (academy/school/club level).
- Strong knowledge of badminton training techniques and tournament preparation.
- Certificate or basic knowledge in Sports Management preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
- First Aid Certification.
