Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field (required)
1+ years of experience working in crisis intervention, mobile crisis or community mental health setting (preferred)
Licensed - LICSW, LCSW or licensed eligible - LMHC (preferred) - If not licensed obtain within 6 months of hire
Ability to conduct rapid clinical assessments and respond calmly in high-stress situations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (community-based role)
