WSP is recruiting an Industrial Engineering Co-op Trainee in Riyadh.
The opportunity provides hands-on experience supporting project teams and developing practical professional skills.
The trainee will contribute to project delivery under supervision.
Training Responsibilities
- Support project teams with day-to-day engineering and project-related activities.
- Assist in preparing technical documents, reports, and presentations.
- Participate in team meetings and project coordination activities.
- Conduct research and data gathering to support project delivery.
- Perform assigned-discipline tasks under supervision.
Eligibility Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering.
- Cooperative training must be mandatory for graduation.
- Provide a university letter confirming the COOP requirement and training period.
- Provide an academic transcript and demonstrate good academic standing.
- Be available for a three-month training period, subject to university requirements.
- Be eligible for COOP registration through Qiwa or HRDF where applicable.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- The program is based in Riyadh.
