- Develop and execute go to market strategies.
- Build and lead the UAE business team as the company grows.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder & CEO and the India product team.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and strategic alliances.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, HR Tech, SaaS, or Startup Leadership
- Strong professional network within the UAE business ecosystem
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Experience in scaling businesses or launching new markets is highly desirable
