About the Role
Tribii, a free booking and management software for independent hotels, is seeking a Co-Founder to lead sales, growth, marketing, and partnerships. The product is built and live; you will take it to market and own the commercial side.

- Get independent hoteliers to sign up and stay, building a repeatable way to reach them
- Find the channels and the message that actually move the needle
- Build the function and eventually the team under it

- Driven real growth or sales results, not just managed a function someone else built
- Can sell and sit across from a hotelier or investor and make the case in person
- Knows the hospitality world from the inside, ideally from a managing seat
- Thinks like an owner, not a hire; high standards, low ego
- Based in the Randstad (Netherlands); Dutch is a plus

The short version
- We built free software for independent hotels. The product is built and live. It needs someone to take it to market and own that side of the company.
- This is not an employee role, but a founder. You bring in revenue, build the growth engine, and take a real stake.
Who we are
- Tribii is free booking and management software for independent hotels, guesthouses, hostels, and B&Bs.
- Direct bookings come in commission free, the money lands in the hotelier's own account, and the guest stays theirs.
- Free up to twenty five rooms, forever. Not a trial.
What you'd own
- You lead everything that brings hotels in and keeps them: sales, growth, marketing, partnerships, positioning.
- Full autonomy to decide how.
- First months: get independent hoteliers to sign up and stay, build a repeatable way to reach them, find channels and message that move the needle.
- From there build the function and eventually the team under it.
You
