- Design and oversee member journeys

- Build and nurture strategic partnerships
- Lead community development efforts
- Collaborate on sales, membership growth, and retention initiatives
- Oversee market research and analyze performance metrics
- Manage key stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to operational and financial planning
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and research capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for high level stakeholder engagement
- Proven sales experience in high touch or relationship driven environments
- Solid marketing skills in brand, community, or experiential marketing
- Demonstrated experience in founding, co founding, or leading early stage ventures, communities, or premium/luxury brands
- Ability to operate strategically and hands on with a bias toward action
- Comfort working in a discreet, invitation only context with high standards of confidentiality
- Based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi
