Responsibilities
- Shape the company’s strategic vision, investment roadmap, and technology direction in asteroid mining and orbital resource intelligence
- Evaluate deep tech opportunities and guide R&D priorities
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define core capabilities in robotics, AI, and in space resource utilization
- Participate in fundraising and investor relations
- Build partnerships with government agencies, research institutions, and industry stakeholders
- Support long term commercial and regulatory strategies
- Contribute capital and mentor leadership
- Help establish governance structures for sustainable growth and responsible innovation
Requirements
- Experience in deep tech domains such as space technologies, advanced robotics, artificial intelligence, or autonomous systems
- Background in investment, venture capital, private equity, or entrepreneurial finance
- Strategic leadership skills with experience in co founding, scaling, or advising technology startups
- Knowledge of orbital mechanics, space industry trends, or in situ resource utilization concepts
- Ability to build partnerships with government bodies, regulators, research organizations, and industrial collaborators
- Strong analytical, decision making, and risk assessment skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Relevant academic background in engineering, physics, computer science, business, or a related field
- Willingness to be based primarily in Abu Dhabi and to travel as needed

Role Description
- This is a contract, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home.
- The Co Founder / Investor will help shape the company’s strategic vision, investment roadmap, and technology direction in asteroid mining and orbital resource intelligence.
- Day to day responsibilities include evaluating deep tech opportunities, guiding R&D priorities, and collaborating with engineering and data teams.
- The role involves participating in fundraising and investor relations, building partnerships, and supporting long term commercial and regulatory strategies.
- The Co Founder / Investor will also contribute capital, mentor leadership, and help establish governance structures.
