Responsibilities
- Play a key leadership role in shaping FlowTwin’s strategy, product roadmap, and market positioning in industrial AI and CFD based solutions.
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to define value propositions, build client relationships, and oversee the deployment of solutions.
- Collaborate on product development, support sales and marketing efforts, engage in client meetings and presentations, and guide research initiatives that align with market needs.
- Help build and lead a high performing team, manage partnerships, and contribute to fundraising and operational decision making.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and research abilities to understand complex industrial process systems and market opportunities.
- Clear and confident communication skills for engaging with clients, partners, investors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing to develop go to market strategies, generate leads, and close key accounts.
- Experience or familiarity with CFD, machine learning, AI deployment, or industrial engineering environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in early stage or growth stage ventures, including team building and strategic planning.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and collaborate in a fast paced, cross functional setting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, data science, business, or a related field; entrepreneurial experience is highly valued.

Role Description
- The Co Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping FlowTwin’s strategy, product roadmap, and market positioning in industrial AI and CFD based solutions.
- This full time, on site position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, involves working closely with technical and business stakeholders to define value propositions, build client relationships, and oversee the deployment of solutions.
- Day to day responsibilities include collaborating on product development, supporting sales and marketing efforts, engaging in client meetings and presentations, and guiding research initiatives that align with market needs.
