Role Description
- The Co Founder role is a contract, hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on site collaboration and flexible work from home arrangements.
- This role involves shaping the overall vision and strategic direction of Dubai AI Finance, defining editorial and commercial priorities, and helping build a sustainable, growth focused business model.
- Day to day responsibilities include overseeing content strategy, guiding coverage of AI, crypto, fintech, and financial markets, and ensuring that stories meet high standards of clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
- The Co Founder will also drive business development, manage key partnerships, and support sales and marketing efforts to grow readership, revenue, and brand visibility.
- Additional tasks include coordinating with contributors, refining workflows and processes, and contributing to product decisions such as newsletters, events, and digital offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, financial data, and technology developments.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proven sales capabilities, with experience in building client relationships and securing partnerships.
