- Own revenue end to end: from first UAE SME customers to repeatable sales motion across GCC
- Develop go to market strategy including direct sales, partnerships, and self serve funnel
- Drive pipeline, pricing conversations, closing, and retention
- Achieve first $10–20K MRR to unlock seed round and ~$3M ARR in three years
Requirements
- 5+ years selling B2B software or SaaS, with at least some in the GCC
- Experience building revenue from zero: first customers, not just managing existing book
- Ability to sell a technical product without hiding behind a sales engineer
- Willingness to be full time in Dubai and make a capital contribution
- Arabic a plus, not required

- We're hiring a co founder, not an employee. 20% of the company, a seat at the table, and ownership of the entire revenue side of an AI CRM built for the fastest growing SME market in the region.
- This role requires both full time commitment and a capital contribution.
About Us
- Botpoint is a Dubai licensed software company. Our product, ebrought, is an AI native CRM for small and medium businesses.
- The product is live. The market is moving: AI in CRM is growing ~36% annually toward $50B+ by 2030.
What you'll own
- Revenue, end to end. From first UAE SME customers to a repeatable sales motion across the GCC.
- Go to market strategy. Direct sales, partnerships with free zones, business setup firms and accountants, and the self serve funnel.
- The numbers that set our valuation. First $10–20K MRR unlocks our seed round; ~$3M ARR in three years puts the company in the $23–35M range.
Who are you
- 5+ years selling B2B software or SaaS, with at least some of it in the GCC.
- You've built revenue from zero before: first customers, not just managing an existing book.
- You can sell a technical product without hiding behind a sales engineer.
- You want ownership and consequences, not a salary and a title. Ready to be full time in Dubai.
The deal
- 20% equity in Botpoint Software Design L.L.C, vesting over 4 years with a 1 year cliff.
- Capital contribution required, sized in the low to mid six figures (USD).
- Modest salary once revenue supports it.
- Co founder title, board level voice, and full transparency on financials from day one.
