Responsibilities
- Own go to market strategy from the ground up
- Acquire, onboard, and retain paying customers
- Build the outbound and partnership engine (agencies, resellers, communities)
- Define pricing, positioning, and messaging alongside the other founder
- Help shape company direction as a founder

- Strong in sales, growth, or commercial operations, with a track record of bringing in customers or revenue
- Startup minded and hands on, comfortable with early stage ambiguity and wearing many hats
- Self driven and accountable, does not need a playbook handed to you
- Genuinely want ownership and to build something, not a salaried role
- Ready for real skin in the game, both effort and an early founder level commitment

- Replio is a live, 24/7 AI customer support agent for businesses. It answers customers instantly on WhatsApp, Telegram, and web chat, trained on each business's own knowledge base, and hands off to a human when needed.
- The product is built and in production, with businesses already using it.
The role
- This is a co founder seat, not a job. You'll own go to market: getting Replio in front of the thousands of businesses that need it, and turning the working product into real, repeatable revenue.
What you'll own
- Sales and go to market strategy from the ground up
- Acquiring, onboarding, and retaining paying customers
