The Opportunity
- Development and infrastructure projects operate through fragmented workflows involving multiple stakeholders, consultants, agencies, and approval bodies.
- Most software focuses on task tracking or document management; we believe the next generation will structure decision making, verification, and submission readiness.
- This is an opportunity to help define a new category at the intersection of applied AI, operational systems, and high trust workflows.
The Venture
- Landera is building workflow intelligence software for development and infrastructure teams managing complex approval and coordination processes.
- Focus is on surfacing risk earlier, improving coordination, structuring high friction workflows, and increasing operational throughput without increasing risk.
- Company is in formation with active design partners, validated customer demand, and strong early market feedback.
The Partnership
- CEO co founder is in place with extensive customer discovery across development, planning, and infrastructure workflows.
- Looking for a technical co founder to shape product vision and underlying technical architecture.
- This is not a traditional CTO hire; you will operate as a true founder with meaningful ownership, strategic influence, and responsibility across product, engineering, hiring, fundraising, and company direction.
What you'll own
