About the Role
Serve U Better is seeking a Co-Founder & COO to lead operational growth for a home care platform. You will build and scale service delivery, manage supply networks, drive expansion across India, and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
- Build and scale end to end service delivery operations
- Develop SOPs, quality frameworks, and operational excellence processes
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and service reliability
- Lead workforce planning, deployment, and utilization strategies
- Build and manage a network of caregivers, childcare providers, cooks, housekeeping professionals, and other service providers
- Design onboarding, training, and certification programs
- Drive retention and engagement of service professionals
- Lead Bengaluru market expansion and establish city launch playbooks
- Build regional operational teams and leadership structures
- Hire, mentor, and develop high performing operations teams
- Define operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Work closely with the CEO on fundraising, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Operations, Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketplace, Healthcare, Home Services, Hospitality, Logistics, or Consumer Services
- Experience scaling operations across multiple cities
- Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience
- Experience leading large teams and managing field operations
- Strong operational execution capabilities
- Data driven decision making mindset
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Customer centric approach
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch
