Responsibilities
- Lead Rakib's expansion into Saudi Arabia
- Build relationships with enterprises, government entities, and strategic partners
- Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies
- Identify commercial opportunities and secure new business
- Establish relationships with investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic funding partners
- Lead fundraising activities and capital acquisition efforts
- Represent Rakib at business, technology, startup, and investment events
- Build and lead future business development and commercial teams within Saudi Arabia
- Contribute to overall company strategy as a founding partner
Requirements
- Based in Saudi Arabia
- Strong professional network within the Saudi business ecosystem
- Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, investment, venture capital, enterprise sales, or startup leadership
- Proven ability to create and maintain high level business relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a long term vision
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment and building from the ground up
- Previous founder or executive leadership experience preferred
- Experience raising capital or working directly with investors preferred
- Existing relationships with government programs, corporations, family offices, venture capital firms, or investment groups preferred

Opportunity
- Rakib is seeking an ambitious and well connected business leader in Saudi Arabia to join as Co Founder & Chief Business Officer (CBO) and help build the company's presence in the Kingdom.
- This is not a salaried position. We are looking for a true co founder who wants to build, own, and grow a company alongside the founding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Rakib's expansion into Saudi Arabia
- Build relationships with enterprises, government entities, and strategic partners
- Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies

Compensation & Ownership
- This role is compensated through equity and ownership, not salary.
- The successful candidate will become a founding stakeholder in Rakib and share in the long term value created by the company.
- Equity allocation will be determined based on experience, network, expected contribution, fundraising capability, and long term commitment.
