About the Role
BizNeuro AI is seeking a Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer to own revenue generation, GTM strategy, and enterprise sales for an AI cost optimization platform. The role requires 10+ years in enterprise sales, a track record of closing high-value deals, and CXO-level relationships.

Responsibilities
- Own revenue generation — full ownership of enterprise sales, partnerships, and channel development across verticals
- Design and drive the go to market motion for RouteNeuro; Land → Expand → Dominate
- Manage sales cycle end to end — pipeline creation, CXO level engagement, commercial structuring, contract closure
- Establish and operationalize SI partnerships; pursue cloud marketplace listings (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hire and lead the business development and sales function as revenue scales
- Co own product market fit decisions, pricing architecture, and geographic expansion strategy with CEO
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships in technology
- Demonstrated track record of closing high value enterprise deals
- Established CXO/VP level relationships across large Indian enterprises
- Deep comfort with equity first, co founder level compensation at an early stage company
- Entrepreneurial operating experience — built a function, team, or company from scratch
- Prior experience selling AI/ML, infrastructure, or developer platform products
- Network spanning US, Middle East, SEA, or global enterprise accounts
- Exposure to fundraising processes, investor relations, or institutional capital conversations

What You Will Own
