What You Will Own

  • Revenue generation — Full ownership of enterprise sales, partnerships, and channel development across verticals.
  • GTM strategy and execution — Design and drive the go to market motion for RouteNeuro; Land → Expand → Dominate.
  • Sales cycle end to end — Pipeline creation, CXO level engagement, commercial structuring, contract closure.
  • Channel activation — Establish and operationalize SI partnerships; pursue cloud marketplace listings (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Team building — Hire and lead the business development and sales function as revenue scales.
  • Strategic partnership with CEO — Co own product market fit decisions, pricing architecture, and geographic expansion strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships in technology.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing high value enterprise deals.
  • Established CXO/VP level relationships across large Indian enterprises; international network a strong plus.
  • Deep comfort with equity first, co founder level compensation at an early stage company.
  • Entrepreneurial operating experience — you have built a function, a team, or a company from scratch.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling AI/ML, infrastructure, or developer platform products.
  • Network spanning US, Middle East, SEA, or global enterprise accounts.
  • Exposure to fundraising processes, investor relations, or institutional capital conversations.
