- Lead catering sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and private clients
- Negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies for catering services
- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure service quality
- Monitor market trends to refine offerings
- Represent Neos Group at events, presentations, and tastings
- Prepare sales reports and collaborate with leadership on long term business planning
Requirements
- Strong Sales and Marketing skills with experience in business development and client acquisition in F&B or hospitality
- Excellent Communication skills for presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and building client relationships
- Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand market trends and competitive landscapes
- Proven experience in catering sales, corporate sales, or event sales, ideally in a leadership or co founder capacity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfort working in a fast paced, growth oriented environment
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
