Responsibilities
- Lead sales and commercial growth while helping shape the company's strategic direction, product vision, and market positioning
- Drive revenue: build relationships with venues, brands, creators, and partners and convert them into paying customers
- Own the go to market that turns pipeline into real traction
- Support pre seed fundraise: help prepare pitch materials, build relationships with investors, and represent SCNE.ai to prospective backers
- Define and validate business hypotheses, conduct market and user research, contribute to the product roadmap
- Use data and user insights to refine SCNE.ai's core experience
- Help establish foundational processes, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure alignment between sales, product, growth, and long term vision
Requirements
- Sales leadership: proven ability to build relationships with venues, brands, and partners and convert opportunities into paying customers
- Fundraising support: experience helping prepare pitch materials, engage investors, and support raising a round (pre seed / early stage fundraising exposure is a strong plus)
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder alignment, and ability to represent SCNE.ai externally
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, user behavior, and market trends
- Marketing experience, including positioning, messaging, and growth focused initiatives across digital channels and community driven strategies
- Research capabilities to conduct market, competitive, and user research and translate findings into actionable insights
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to operate hands on in an early stage startup environment
- Experience in consumer tech, social platforms, lifestyle, or community focused products is highly beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting and commit to part time responsibilities with potential to grow

Role Description
- As a Co Founder at SCNE.ai, you will lead sales and commercial growth while helping shape the company's strategic direction, product vision, and market positioning.
- Your primary focus is driving revenue: building relationships with venues, brands, creators, and partners and converting them into paying customers, and owning the go to market that turns our pipeline into real traction.
- Alongside this, you will support our pre seed fundraise, helping prepare pitch materials, build relationships with investors, and represent SCNE.ai to prospective backers.
- Day to day, you will define and validate business hypotheses, conduct market and user research, contribute to the product roadmap, and use data and user insights to refine SCNE.ai's core experience.
- You will also help establish foundational processes, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure alignment between sales, product, growth, and long term vision.
- This is a hands on, part time remote role with the potential to grow as we scale.
Qualifications
- Sales leadership: proven ability to build relationships with venues, brands, and partners and convert opportunities into paying customers and sustainable collaborations; SaaS sales experience in hospitality, events, or lifestyle is highly valued.
- Fundraising support: experience helping prepare pitch materials, engage investors, and support raising a round (pre seed / early stage fundraising exposure is a strong plus).
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to represent SCNE.ai externally.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, user behavior, and market trends to inform strategy and product direction.
