Role Description

  • As a full time remote Co Founder at RusMWO, the candidate will help shape the strategic direction, business model, and growth roadmap of the organization.
  • Day to day responsibilities include conducting market and scientific research, developing and refining positioning and messaging, and establishing partnerships with stakeholders, including potential customers, researchers, and distributors.
  • The role involves leading sales and marketing initiatives, defining go to market strategies, and building a strong brand presence across digital and offline channels.
  • The Co Founder will collaborate on fundraising activities, budgeting, and operational planning, and will contribute to team building and culture development.
  • This role requires hands on execution as well as high level decision making in a lean, early stage environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret research findings, market data, and business metrics, and to make data informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with partners, customers, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Sales skills to identify opportunities, nurture relationships, negotiate agreements, and close deals in both B2B and B2C contexts.
  • Marketing skills to design and execute campaigns, develop brand positioning, and drive awareness and demand for RusMWO’s technology.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience or strong interest in early stage ventures, especially in health, wellness, or technology sectors.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of outcomes.
