CNO Software Developer

5 years of software development experience with a focus on secure, mission‐critical applications

Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including:

Python, C, C++,.NET, Java, Bash scripting

Experience with operating systems such as Linux, Windows, Android, iOS, or real‐time operating systems

Experience with cryptography, hashing, network protocols, and/or Wi‐Fi protocols

Bachelor's degree in technical field

Master’s degree in a relevant technical field

Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community missions

Knowledge of cyber operations concepts, requirements, and operational workflows

Experience with DevSecOps pipelines, automation tools, and secure build practices

Understanding of networking devices, infrastructure, and distributed systems

Ability to develop multi‐stage executables for cyber operations

Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively within classified environments and cross‐functional cyber teams

Must possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph level security clearance
