CNO Instructor II – Cyberspace Operations

• Experience in adult learning with an emphasis on providing instruction to large classes. US Military instructor certification or designation is highly desirable (e.g., teaching certificate, certified professional instructor, master training specialist, adjunct faculty certification).
• Applicants should have intermediate-level knowledge/experience in one or more of the following areas: Discrete Structures and Logic Programming Fundamentals/Scripting Computer Organization and Architecture Operating Systems (Windows/UNIX/Linux/Mobile) Networking (Concepts and Protocols, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Level) Protocol Analysis Wireless and Mobile Technologies (Internet of Things) Target Research/SIGINT Analysis Active Exploitation (Offensive Cyberspace Operations) Defensive Cyberspace Operations (Network Defense) Forensics Methodologies and Malware Analysis
• Discrete Structures and Logic

• Computer Organization and Architecture

• Networking (Concepts and Protocols, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Level)
• Protocol Analysis
• Wireless and Mobile Technologies (Internet of Things)

• Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years of experience in Cyberspace Operations (CO).

in CO is defined as experience in Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), and/or Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).

• In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of experience in Cyberspace Operations (CO).

This position requires compliance with Comtech’s Drug-Free Workplace Program.

Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening as a condition of hire.

Employees may be subject to random, reasonable suspicion, and post-incident testing.

The pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position.

Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.
