Setup and operate Citizen Swiss CNC machines to support production schedules and quality requirements
Load bar stock, make offsets, change tools, and keep machines running efficiently
Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, VMMs, and other precision measuring equipment
Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues and escalate larger concerns when needed
Monitor part quality and production output to ensure compliance with specifications
Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and support continuous improvement efforts
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all quality procedures and safety standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desire to learn and continuously improve
Pride in producing precision components that support critical medical technologies
