• Provide assistance and guidance to the team to support production and related problems. Create and program tool paths based on design models Collaborate with design engineers on tool design to enhance tool manufacturability Dismantle and repair or replace mold parts, units or fixtures, fitting and assembling parts and testing repaired tooling for proper operation Fit and assemble new tools Setup machine tools, program and setup numerically controlled machines Setup, operate, program and maintain various machining equipment to manufacture tooling and parts to close tolerances and to a high degree of precision
