Our Offering
Competitive wages – starting rate: $34.50; top rate: $40.69 per hour + shift premiums);
Eligible for medical and dental benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire;
Regular increases, dependent upon performance, until top rate is reached;
Opportunities for advancement into varying positions with higher pay scales;
Up to 6% in Pension Matching Contributions , effective 60 days from benefits activation;
An annual Defined Profit-Sharing Plan (dependent upon company performance);
Employee Discount programs are available for all employees;

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop CNC programs according to productions prints provided.
- With Tooling department identify and coordinate the required tooling as per production prints.
