Peloton WorkReady is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for client manufacturing and engineering work in Dubai.

The role focuses on producing high-quality precision components to specified dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.

Set up, program, operate, and maintain CNC machinery.
Produce precision components to specified dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
Perform quality inspections using micrometres, verniers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
Maintain CNC machinery and tooling, including cleaning, adjustments, and identification of maintenance requirements.
Maintain accurate job records, production data, quality checks, and timekeeping.
Support quality, workplace safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
Experience setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathes, mills, or both.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and CNC programs.
Experience producing precision components to specified dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
Experience conducting quality inspections with precision measuring equipment.
Experience maintaining CNC machinery and tooling.
