If you’re a CNC machinist who understands setups, offsets, and how to hold tolerance—not just load parts—this role will feel like a natural fit.
At American Crane & Equipment Corporation (ACECO), we’re looking for a CNC Machinist to produce custom, low-volume, high-value components where precision and setup knowledge matter.
This is not a button-pushing role—this is CNC machining with real ownership.
You won’t get lost here—your work will be seen, and it will matter.
What This Role Really Is
This is a CNC-focused machining role—you’ll spend most of your time setting up machines, making adjustments, and ensuring parts meet specifications, while being accountable for quality, tolerances, and machining accuracy.
Who Thrives Here (and Who Doesn’t)
You’ll do well here if you:
Understand CNC setups, offsets, and machine behavior
Take ownership of part quality and machining accuracy
Enjoy working on custom, low-volume parts instead of repetitive production
This role is likely not a fit if you:
Only have experience loading parts and pressing cycle start
Prefer high-volume production environments
Avoid troubleshooting or machine adjustments
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Learn ACECO machining standards, workflows, and safety expectations
Skip the repetitive application forms
