• Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) Milling VMC/ HMC/ Palnomiller machine. Key Result Area
• Maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining equipment’s.

• Program Management: Create, load, examine, and modify CNC programs to ensure efficient machine runs.
• Machine Setup: Set up tools and load materials onto CNC machines, including milling and Planomiller machines.
• Planning & Interpretation: Study engineering drawings, specifications, machining parameters, and interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances.
• Programming & Calibration: Enter instructions, set zero/reference points, configure tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches. Calculate requirements and prove part programs.
