Responsibilities
- Expertly operate and manage CNC Router machines to execute complex furniture designs with high precision
- Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM design files for accurate machine programming and material cutting
- Execute precise routing and panel processing on various materials (MDF, Plywood, etc.)
- Perform accurate drilling operations for hinges, cams, and joinery as per assembly drawings
- Operate edge banding machine to achieve high quality, seamless finishes on furniture components
- Oversee machine operators, ensure production schedule is maintained, and troubleshoot operational issues
- Conduct routine inspections of finished components to ensure quality standards and minimize waste
- Perform daily checks, cleaning, and routine maintenance of machinery for optimal performance
Requirements
- Hands on experience with CNC Routers, Multi boring (Drilling) machines, and Edge banding machines
- Ability to read and execute production drawings (AutoCAD/Cabinet Vision/AlphaCAM proficiency is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with measurements and assembly specifications
- Ability to lead a small team and maintain a safe working environment
- Proficiency in English (and Hindi/Arabic as applicable)

Job Overview
