CNC Machine Operator I - 1st Shift

• No previous machining experience necessary. Shall meet the company’s “Permission to Play Values”: Ethical/Integrity, Optimism, Adaptable, and Vulnerable Trust. Shall be aligned with and demonstrate the company’s “Core Values”: Lack of Ego, Sense of Humor, Growth Oriented/Play to Win, and Humanity. Shall follow and promote MPI’s Safety Policies and Procedures.

• Must be able to work in the following work environment: Moderate noise levels from machinery. Physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts. Breathing fumes, dust, and mist. Skin exposed to oils and cutting fluids.

• Must be able to move and transport 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be able to maintain a stationary position for the entire shift.
• Must be able to reach above shoulders, and rotate torso 60% of the shift.
• Must be able to work shift hours and days as assigned.
• Must work at an acceptable pace to meet current cycle times.
• Must be able to work on multiple machines as assigned.
• Must wear personal protection equipment as required including, but not limited to, hearing protection, non-slip shoes, safety glasses.
