Services include 3D scanning, metal additive manufacturing, multi-axis CNC machining, computational and generative design, and mechanical drafting.
The company operates a 7,200-square-foot facility in southeast Calgary.
Role Overview
The company is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator for evening-shift part production.
The role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and supports CNC production and metal additive part finishing.
The position operates DMG Mori NTX2500/1500 7-axis mill/turn and Doosan Lynx 2100LSYB machines.
Duties
- Accept handoff of proven programs from day-shift machinists.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, job travelers, and related documentation.
- Verify dimensions and tolerances using Verniers, gauges, micrometers, and 3D gauging equipment.
- Perform light repairs, bench work, blending, deburring, and dressing.
- Support metal additive part finishing and production CNC operations.
