Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, etc.)

Document care accurately and promptly

Communicate effectively with Charge Nurses and team members

Take and record weights and vital signs

Report changes in resident condition immediately

Participate in ongoing training and education Duties may vary based on resident needs.
