Role Overview
The role leads functional analysis, design, implementation, governance, and improvement of web content management and digital asset management solutions.
The role bridges business stakeholders and technical resources while guiding large-scale CMS and AEM initiatives.
The Work
- Analyze CMS activities and guide application design, implementation, or improvement.
- Provide functional recommendations and translate business requirements for technical teams.
- Advise on CMS architecture, governance, best practices, site onboarding, and digital strategy.
- Oversee Adobe Assets and Analytics setup, taxonomy, configurations, and third-party integrations.
- Manage functional expertise across workflows, authoring, run management, documentation, and governance.
- Lead requirements, functional designs, workflows, process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-channel touchpoint analysis.
- Coordinate Adobe Cloud Marketing offerings, including Sites, Assets, Analytics, Forms, Campaign, Target, and Magento.
- Mentor colleagues and build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
