The Role
Accenture Song helps clients accelerate growth through customer relevance, technology, experience platforms, creative, media, marketing strategy and content orchestration.
The Functional Lead role guides business and functional requirements for large-scale CMS and digital experience projects.
The role bridges business teams and technical resources during development and implementation.
The Work
- Analyze content management activities and guide CMS application design, implementation or improvement.
- Provide functional recommendations during CMS solution design and execution.
- Advise on CMS best practices, platform governance, site onboarding and digital strategy deliverables.
- Assess application architecture including author, publisher, dispatcher, load balancing, CDN and security layers.
- Oversee Adobe Assets and Analytics setup, taxonomy and configurations.
- Drive integration frameworks for Adobe tools and third-party applications.
- Identify technical feasibility, gaps and issues in requirements.
- Serve as functional SME for integrations, workflows, content authoring, run management, governance and documentation.
- Lead content governance procedures, business requirements, functional designs and web content workflows.
- Support process redesign, roadmap planning and multichannel touchpoint identification.
