Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent a must
- Minimum of 5 years experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programming and operating in a 3D Measuring Environment.
- Experience with Zeiss Calypso & U-Soft
- Layout, 1st Piece, In Process, and Final Inspections
- Very strong background in GD&T and ability to read and understand complex machining drawings and CAD Models
- Use precision inspection measuring devices, such as Johnson gauges, Sunnen gauges, Bore gauges, etc. a plus
- Familiarity with SPC Software, X & R Charts, Histograms a plus
- Familiarity with ISO-9001, AS9100, & TS16949 a plus.
