CME Preformance Head

Position Details

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of professional work experience is required, preferably in testing, inspection, and certification activities.
• Practical experience with lean methods, 5S, standardized work, problem solving, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and Hoshin Kanri is required.
• Project management certification or experience and advanced Office 365 skills are required.
• English is mandatory; Arabic, Russian, French, or Portuguese is a plus.
• Presentation, communication, interpersonal, leadership, team-building, coaching, development, negotiation, and influencing skills are required.

Strategic Performance and Profitability

• Establish annual profitability targets for CME countries and deploy prioritized process improvement projects.
• Partner with underperforming business units to diagnose challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor LEAP 28 TIQ and performance indicators to drive sustained improvement.

Digital Transformation

• Lead deployment of digital systems to modernize field operations and workflows across the region.
• Drive digitization of harmonized processes with the Digital Transformation team.
• Deploy Tableau digital cockpits and TIQ and performance KPI visualization tools.
• Establish governance with HR, M&S, Finance, Digital Transformation, HSSE, and P&L leaders.

Process Improvement

• Establish and monitor process improvement projects across regions, areas, and countries.
• Use lean methodologies to eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and optimize production capacity.
• Harmonize and replicate best-practice processes and ensure traceability from opportunity identification through cash collection.

Change Leadership and Governance

• Direct Area Performance Directors and support teams in executing improvement initiatives and monitoring adoption.
• Communicate process changes, embed operational excellence, and uphold HSE, ethics, and compliance standards.
