About the Role
The Muthoot Group is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to drive Gold Loan business across a cluster in Visakhapatnam. You will recruit and lead a team of Sales Executives, allocate targets, and ensure business growth.

Responsibilities
- Drive Gold Loan New KYC Business across the assigned cluster
- Recruit Sales Executives for every branch and support their on field development
- Handle a team of 8 10 FOS Executives
- Allocate targets, track performance, and ensure timely achievement of business goals
- Travel across the cluster to conduct reviews, meetings, and training programs
- Analyze market opportunities to identify key focus areas and plan business activities
- Conduct regular team reviews to improve lead quality, lead generation, and overall business performance
Requirements
- 2 6 years experience in Gold Loan / Banking Field sales
- Team handling experience
- Any Degree
- Ability to communicate effectively in local language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- People management capabilities
- Problem solving and negotiation skills

What We're Looking For
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Sales Experience (Direct Sales Preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively in the local language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- People management capabilities
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- 2 6 years experience in Gold Loan / Banking Field sales product
- Any Degree
