The Cluster Reservations Agent handles booking inquiries and helps create memorable guest experiences through responsive hospitality service.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members.
- Convert individual guest inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Record and process all reservations accurately.
- Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades.
- Respond to sales inquiries and help identify potential leads for future business opportunities.
