Hilton is seeking a Cluster Reservations Agent to handle booking inquiries and deliver memorable guest experiences.
The role is part of Hilton’s hotel team and focuses on reservations, customer service, and room sales support.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members.
- Convert guest inquiries into confirmed individual reservations.
- Record and process all reservations accurately.
- Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales.
- Promote hotel services and upgrades.
- Respond to sales inquiries and help identify potential leads for future business opportunities.
