Position Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Contact potential owners by telephone to schedule preview package sales and tours.
• Encourage guests and callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales and tours.
• Explain presentation attendance details and verify eligibility before scheduling tours.
• Determine and provide complimentary gifts for guest patronage.
• Perform general office duties supporting Sales and Marketing.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.

Team and Guest Service

• Assist management with employee training, evaluation, counseling, motivation, and coaching.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guest service needs and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Develop positive working relationships and support the team in reaching common goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.

Work Arrangement

• The position is full time and based at the Four Points by Sheraton location on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
• The role involves hotel-based guest interaction and physical handling of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
