- Valid UAE driving license
- Own a car
- Flexible to work across different emirates
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in operations or multi site management preferred

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee operations across assigned locations in the UAE.
- The Cluster Manager at Dunkin’ UAE is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and profitability of multiple stores within a designated cluster.
- This role ensures that all outlets consistently maintain brand standards, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service while achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise operations within the assigned cluster.
- Ensure smooth day to day operations and maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with teams across multiple locations as required.
- Be flexible to travel and manage operations in any emirate based on business needs.
- Monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure company policies are followed.
Requirements
- Must be currently available in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Must own a car.
- Flexible to work across different emirates as required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in operations or multi site management is preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 5,000 AED 6,000 per month
