Job Summary
Leads learning and development activities across Al Messila and Sharq Village & Spa.
Ensures training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision.
Partners with property leadership to identify employee and organizational development needs.
Ensures effective training supports desired business results in hospitality, customer service, and leadership.
Education and Experience
- A 2-year degree in human resources, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or a related major plus 2 years of relevant professional experience and certified trainer status.
- Alternatively, a 4-year bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus certified trainer status, with no work experience required.
Employee Training Programs
- Promote training programs and help employees identify behaviors that contribute to service excellence.
- Ensure employees receive ongoing training on guest expectations and satisfaction skills.
- Meet regularly with the training cadre and provide feedback on employee service behaviors.
