Role Overview
The Cluster Human Resources Manager will lead and manage key Human Resources activities across InterContinental Abu Dhabi and InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi.
The role supports hotel and residences operations, colleague experience, business needs, IHG standards, and UAE employment requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Human Resources operations across both properties.
- Partner with department leaders and management on people-related matters and Human Resources initiatives.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, colleague engagement, talent development, and retention initiatives.
- Support performance management and employee relations matters.
- Ensure Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices are implemented consistently.
- Monitor Human Resources reports, headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and other key metrics.
- Support learning and development initiatives and career growth opportunities for colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations, IHG standards, and internal Human Resources policies.
- Coach and develop the Human Resources team to deliver high-quality service to colleagues and leaders.
- Support audits, colleague welfare initiatives, and other Human Resources projects as required.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture across both properties.
What We Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources Manager or Cluster Human Resources Manager role.
- Experience in the luxury hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources operations, employee relations, recruitment, and colleague engagement.
- Good understanding of UAE labour laws and Human Resources practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A people-focused approach and genuine interest in developing and supporting colleagues.
