Cluster Human Resources Manager - InterContinental Hotel & Residences Abu Dhabi

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Human Resources operations across both properties.
• Partner with department leaders and management on people-related matters and Human Resources initiatives.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, colleague engagement, talent development, and retention initiatives.
• Support performance management and employee relations matters.
• Ensure Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices are implemented consistently.
• Monitor Human Resources reports, headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and other key metrics.
• Support learning and development initiatives and career growth opportunities for colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations, IHG standards, and internal Human Resources policies.
• Coach and develop the Human Resources team to deliver high-quality service to colleagues and leaders.
• Support audits, colleague welfare initiatives, and other Human Resources projects as required.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture across both properties.

What We Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Human Resources Manager or Cluster Human Resources Manager role.
• Experience in the luxury hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources operations, employee relations, recruitment, and colleague engagement.
• Good understanding of UAE labour laws and Human Resources practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A people-focused approach and genuine interest in developing and supporting colleagues.
