Cluster Human Resources Manager - InterContinental Hotel & Residences Abu Dhabi

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across both properties.
• Partner with department leaders and management on people matters and HR initiatives.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, colleague engagement, talent development, and retention initiatives.
• Support performance management and employee relations matters.
• Implement HR policies and procedures consistently across the properties.
• Monitor headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and other HR metrics.
• Support learning and development, audits, colleague welfare, and career growth initiatives.
• Coach and develop the HR team and promote an inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous Human Resources Manager or Cluster Human Resources Manager experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and colleague engagement.
• Good understanding of UAE labour laws and HR practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.
• People-focused approach with a genuine passion for colleague development and support.
