Role overview
The Cluster Human Resources Coordinator supports HR department managers across front-office and administrative activities.
The role combines professional service for guests, applicants, and team members with communication, travel, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, applicants, and team members with prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Provide word processing, data entry, filing, and copying support for HR operations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, mail processing, and meeting coordination.
- Organize and manage travel bookings for HR department managers.
- Assist with departmental initiatives, special projects, and ad-hoc assignments.
