Club General Manager
We are looking for a commercially driven and operationally strong leader to launch, build, and manage a premium PT-focused luxury fitness club from pre-opening to full operations.
This is not a standard gym management role.
We need someone who understands luxury hospitality, fitness operations, sales, people management, technology integration, and business performance at a high level.

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Lead the entire club operation from pre-opening to daily execution
✔️ Manage pre-sales strategy, launch campaigns, and membership growth
✔️ Recruit, hire, train, and manage HODs and department teams
✔️ Build a strong luxury service culture across all departments
✔️ Oversee fitness, operations, sales, reception, recovery, café, and facility management
✔️ Monitor and manage P&L performance and departmental cost centers
✔️ Control budgeting, payroll, manpower, operational costs, and revenue performance
✔️ Drive PT revenue, memberships, retention, and overall club profitability
✔️ Ensure world-class member experience and operational standards
✔️ Coordinate with marketing, finance, HR, and senior management teams
✔️ Develop systems, SOPs, reporting structures, and accountability across the club
✔️ Ensure the facility operates at premium luxury standards at all times
✔️ Work closely with the MyPT Connect platform and ensure digital integration between members, trainers, classes, bookings, assessments, and performance tracking
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
✔️ Proven experience managing luxury gyms, wellness clubs, or premium fitness facilities
✔️ Strong experience in pre-opening and pre-sales fitness operations
✔️ Experience handling multi-department operations and large teams
✔️ Strong understanding of P&L management and departmental cost centers
✔️ Commercial mindset with strong revenue-driving capabilities
✔️ Experience hiring and leading HOD-level teams
✔️ Strong operational discipline and leadership presence
✔️ Ability to scale performance while maintaining premium service quality
✔️ Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Strong understanding of PT-focused business models and member retention strategies
✔️ Tech-savvy mindset with strong understanding of fitness apps, CRM systems, digital ecosystems, reporting dashboards, automation, and member engagement technology
✔️ Ability to leverage the MyPT Connect platform to improve operations, retention, trainer performance, and overall member experience
Preferred Background
✔️ UAE/GCC luxury fitness industry experience
✔️ Experience in high-end gyms, country clubs, wellness resorts, or large fitness facilities
✔️ Strong understanding of HYROX, boutique fitness, wellness, and recovery concepts
✔️ Experience working with integrated fitness technology and digital fitness platforms
