Responsibilities
- Provide quality and high standard service to club members and ensure only eligible members are allowed
- Maintain high standards and supervise services provided by waiters
- Monitor and record food temperature in self contained digital tablet
- Take daily round of club facilities, document necessities and irregularities, and report to superiors
- Enforce club rules and regulations and ensure compliance by members
- Supervise housekeeping of the club facility and achieve good housekeeping standards
- Check cleanliness and hygienic levels as per regulations and HACCP
- Coordinate with various sections for proper maintenance of equipment and premises
- Manage all club and sport facility bookings
- Process invoices, keep records of activities, and manage member databases
- Ensure decorum is maintained and unsafe behavioral issues with children are followed up
- Ensure recreational activities and equipment are used safely and administer first aid when necessary
Requirements
- Graduate or secondary school certificate
- Fluency in English
- Three (3) years of experience as facilities coordinator in international hotel, recreational club, or hospitality industry
- HACCP Certified
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in facility management, customer service, food and beverage service, including hygiene and food safety standards
- Knowledge of computer applications (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Course certificate in basic first aid and CPR
